Flower Hair Clips

I found some fun new flowers for our Spring Collection. I love the new glitter buttons for the center of the flower! A while back I did a tutorial on how to make your own flower clips check it out here. They are fun to make and easy enough you could make some with your little princess. (I always supervise my gals with the glue gun). I love the stage when they want to do their own hair, we have a bit of that going on at our house. Add a clip they made for themselves and Viola! Let's call it Independence in Bloom! Have fun!

Braided Piggies!

Needless to say Meg was not in the mood to have her hair done today. She loves it, "down, just down." I insist on a lovely hairdo if she is going out and today she had piano lessons. I parted her hair down the middle (harder than it looks) and braided both sides. With a small curling iron I curled the ends, then brought them up and attached with an elastic the bottom of the braid to the top. Pretty simple, which works for me! I pulled the curled hair around the elastic so it would curl over just right. Added some bows and curled her bangs. She wasn't thrilled, I thought it turned out great and so did her piano teacher! :) The first thing she asked when she got in the car was when she could take it out. Reminds me of this. Everyday. Happy New Year!

Baby Legs and Matching Bows!

Small Stack Hair Bows

This weeks feature hair bow is the Princess in Pink Small Stack! I absolutely love this cute new hair bow! After I finished the first one my 4 year old grabbed it and put it right in her hair! That is when I know I have a good one, when she wants to wear it immediately. Goose has a darling A-line hair cut that my little sister gave her at the beginning of summer. It isn't too hot where we live yet, but I am assuming it will warm up soon? Anyway, the A-line is an adorable cut for a 4 year old. It only takes a few minutes in the morning to do and she is ready for her day! The Goose loves to pick out her own hair accessories.
